Breaking news!
Last week I was thrilled to find bottled sweetened condensed milk at Trader Joe’s! I’ve been looking for something like this for ages. Hurrah for a new addition to my morning coffee!
About This Site
After living in the South all my life, including seven years in Nashville (and documenting my love of food through the blog Nashville Foodies), I’m moving to the suburbs of Chicago. With this move comes my first tenure-track position in academia, and that brings new challenges for balancing teaching, research, mentoring, and service with home life. In this site, I write about ways to eat well in the ivory tower, through eating at home and the occasional meal out.

Isn’t it great! I discovered it a couple of months ago and have bought a couple of back-ups, in case Trader Joe’s stops carrying it.

Wow! Is that in the fridge or dry shelf section?
Also, miss you around here… Nashville Foodies seem to have died.

It was on the dry shelf section, near the sugars and such.
Awww, thanks! I know, I’m really quite beside myself that it has died. I will be doing a guest post soon, though, on a great pizza place that I tried in Watertown over Christmas!
